Generally properties are marketed for a 4-6 weeks period. The legal pack is made available usually within the first 2 weeks and from there, interested parties can review the legals and place bids throughout the process. The vendor may decide to accept a bid earlier or proceed to one of the auction dates. On the day of auction the bidding window will be opened for a 30 minute period and interested parties can register to bid on their property of interest.

Brothers Martin & Pat started out the business in 1956. They opened an office in Tuam in 1969 and one in Headford in 1980. Mary, Pats daughter, joined the business in 2003. Tom, Martins son, joined the business in 2006. Both Martin and Pat provide a great combination of invaluable experience to the business and are well known throughout the county. Both Mary and Tom have completed their studies in Galway City and Dublin respectively.
